Legal Aid
Low-income students in the city of Oldenburg, like all citizens, have the option to apply for legal aid. This legal aid allows them to receive legal advice—and, if necessary, legal representation—at a low cost or even free of charge. Legal counseling assistance can be granted for all areas of law. The application for legal counseling assistance must be submitted to the appropriate local court—in this case, the Oldenburg Local Court—and can be accessed, along with instructions on how to fill it out, via this link.
